Appreciation goes to the volunteers who donated their time before, during & after the event.

If any one has unwanted Men's long sheeve dress shirts, men's and ladies black dress pants, or black dress shoes the band could make good uses of these items. Thank you for your support. Thank you to everyone that has donated, but we are still in need of Mens white long sleeve dress shirts.

To obtain a copy of the booking form from this website, go to the site's "About Us" tab at the top of the screen. Then choose "Documents" and follow through to the "Band Forms" selection on the list. This is where all forms can be found on later dates.

Hi Everyone

Disneyland ..... here we come!!! We have had an overwhelming reponse to this trip. I just wanted to pass on some information that some of you may or may not already have.

1. Date: April 14-18, 2011

2. Cost: $1525/Student $1750/Adult

3. IMPORTANT: Due to the overwhelming response (75 students, 27 Adults) there is a likely possibility that we will not all be passengers on the same flight. Band students and chaperones will travel together and parents on another flight. Flight arrivals in LA should be no more than 1 hour difference. Please let us know if this changes your decision to travel with us.

4. $100 payment due April 15th. Make cheques payable to AMPS

5. Booking form due April 15th - please fill in name exactly how it appears (or will appear) on passport.

6. We are in the process of preparing an updated Consent Form for this trip. Please wait until further notice to proceed with the notorizing. Forms will not be due until Fall of 2010.

7. Also attached is a general itinerary for the trip.

Hope this will clarify a few questions. Dr. Montgomery has forms available to hand out to anyone who needs them.
