High School Culinary Challenge

March 12 Online Submission

Grades 10-12

This year’s High School Culinary Challenge is an individual based culinary and baking competition designed to challenge a student’s culinary and baking expertise. Students may choose to make one dish from the three categories (appetizer, entrée or dessert), or enter in more than one category! Competitors will be required to prepare and present their chosen dish by March 12 through a digital submission (photos, social media post & a brief video). Evaluation of submissions will be based on recipe organization, cooking skills, presentation and creativity. For recipe details and submission requirements please click HERE.
