Looking for Property Maintenance Assistant for 10 Acre Recreational Acreage / Hobby Farm – property located East of Sherwood Park.

 Seeking continued maintenance help on an annual basis for approximately 6 – 7 months (April to October).  Guaranteed: 16 hours per week minimum; hours flexible.  Maintenance duties to include but not limited to:  mowing including trimming and weed control, fertilizing, weeding, picking dead brush from forested area, pruning, gas supply, and other duties as requested.  Skill Sets/Qualifications:  operating tractor/operating mower/operating chain saw/operating skid steer.  Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and carry out verbal instructions.  Tractors/Tools/Equipment Provided.

$20 per hour
